THE TEST OF TIME

Suppose you’re a creator. Among architecture, sculpture, music, and literature, which do you think offers the most promise of an enduring monument? Explain your answer.
the art that offers the most promise of an enduring monument on my opinion are most of all architecture, sculpture, and a little of literature, Why? architectire is the base to built anything, and back in times most of the workers where architectures, also sculpture give the theme to the monuments, if not now in days all the monuments woculd not have sense at all. and literature also because on base with that, back in times architectures and sculpture built their things, leading up to literature and all their believes, thoughts, etc.

Irony is the discrepancy between expectations and reality. Explain the fundamental irony in the sonnet.
the irony of this poem is that all that is mentiones, and how all the stones on the middle of the dessert where done, seems to be not real but time passed and all this things start to appear and become reality, the only thing is that sometimes scientists dont know what it means. But still the irony is that is that the explanations seems not real but at the end is truth and all happens.

Discuss what you think is the speaker’s message about pride -and whether it also applies to artists.
it mention the message that was writen at the top of the monument, that shows pride because he explain that the one who built it put that message showing pride that he was the king and the one who built that, to be remembered.

Could this poem apply to any contemporary figures who wield political power? Explain.
yes , because the message that is in top of the monument remebles power and how poeple govern and so is now, the political powers who have all the power and cotrol, but now is resebled on a different way.
